Description: Dia cannot input CJK characters under Wayland (GNOME) – works with GDK_BACKEND=x11
On Debian 13 (trixie) with GNOME Wayland session, Dia (GTK2) cannot input
CJK (Chinese/Japanese/Korean) characters using standard input methods
(IBus or Fcitx5).

Symptoms:
- Direct input of CJK characters does not work in Dia.
- Clipboard paste of CJK text works correctly.

This indicates that rendering and encoding are fine, but input method
integration is broken under Wayland.
Since Dia is a GTK2 application and does not support Wayland input methods,
forcing GDK_BACKEND=x11 does not degrade functionality, but restores expected behavior.
